At SNHIMA, our core philosophy rests upon the belief that preventative
medical care is vital to ensuring a lifetime of optimal health. We address
the "the whole patient"; not just a particular symptom or illness. Using
information such as family history and risk factors, our patient care team
creates an individualized program designed to foster good health and prevent

as a means for promoting wellness at all stages of adulthood.
SNHIMA provides routine medical screenings as well as the diagnosis and
treatment of chronic illnesses. Our distinguished staff includes board-certified

Allergy and Immunology, certified physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.

In these busy times, we recognize the value of convenient, accessible medical
care. Our staff is dedicated to accommodating our patients' needs and making
each visit a pleasant one.

are affiliated with quality local hospitals such as Catholic Medical Center,
