 Andrea
Bizar-Schneebaum, MD, FACP - Rheumatology
Dr. Schneebaum received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Michigan and her Doctor of Medicine from Sackler School of Medicine
in Tel Aviv, Israel . She completed her residency at Yale University
. Her Fellowship in Rheumatology/Immunology was accomplished at the University
of Colorado . Dr. Schneebaum is board certified in Rheumatology by the
American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been practicing with Southern
NH Internal Medicine Associates since 2000.

L. Yourtee, MD, FACP - Infectious Disease
Dr. Yourtee received his Bachelor of Science degree from Amherst College
in Massachusetts and his Doctor of Medicine from Johns Hopkins University
. He completed his residency at University of Vermont as well as
a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Yale University . Dr. Yourtee is
board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal
Medicine. In addition, he is also board certified in Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Yourtee joined Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates in 1993. |

M. Chouinard, MHP, PA-C
Ms.
Chouinard received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State
College and her Master of Health Profession from Northeastern University. Her
experience includes more than ten years in Primary Care. Ms. Chouinard
joined the Rheumatology Care Team at Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates
in 2010.
