Colleen Taylor, APRN, is a licensed nurse practitioner at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine, serving patients at its Derry, New Hampshire, location. She has a passion for learning and developing new clinical strategies to improve outcomes for her patients.
She began her education at Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire, receiving her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Colleen went on to achieve her Master of Science in family practice nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts.
Colleen has a diverse background in health care, beginning her career as a psychiatric nurse for several years in New Hampshire. She went on to become an associate professor at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, to share her knowledge with students. Following this, she received her nurse practitioner license and began working for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.
She enjoys using her general medicine and mental health care experience to provide outstanding care to patients of Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine.
