Dr. Richard has been my Personal Physician for roughly 30-years. Over that period, he's guided me through several medical issues, including Leukemia and A-Fib and several less critical issues. He has always taken a personal interest in my well-being and has surrounded himself with a competent and friendly staff, who are tooled and schooled on how to make things run efficiently and accurately. It should be a model for anyone who is trying to do it right!

Time for my scheduled six month checkup. I spent some time reviewing what had happened since the last visit. Dr. Richard had also done his homework and was fully prepared to maximize our time. Wendy listens , she's attentive , and she cares. She also has a great personality and is very down to earth. The nurses and the staff have always been kind , quick and informative. Before my physical I was given a packet of papers and one of them seemed to target billing awareness. It explained my physical was at no cost as it was preventative and listed some things that could be partially billed if occured during the physical. I really liked this. I had been switched to this office when Derry was rebuilding. I have chosen to stay In Windham despite the difference in distance or convenience because of the positive experiences and fantastic quality of care that Wendy gives.

Good traditional MD. Have been a patient for 12 or so years with Dr. Richard. Good listener and addresses my health issues competently and we have had several health challenges with various surgeries of the past few years. So it's been a little more than your run of the mill health care experience. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health and that I'm more than just a patient which is nice.

Great Bed side manor which a lot have forgotten. Treated like Human and not just a number to get a paycheck. Dr. Schultz was the 1 st in many Dr's I had researched and visited that made me feel human and he cares for your well being physically and mentally. He is now my Primary care physician.

When Dr Lafleur retired I was forced to find a replacement for a PCP. A health issue required me to make an appointment. Dr Schultz had the earliest available appointment that day. He was attentive, caring and thorough with his questions about my health. He even called me later that day to ask how I was feeling.

Dr Schultz was very thorough and kind and took the time to call me on a Friday night to give me X-ray results. I am very impressed with him. Everyone was very kind in the office.

I’ve been seeing Wendee Amero since she joined SNIM, she is so kind, caring, compassionate and thorough every visit! She always treats you like you are the only patient she has. She responds pretty quickly when you have a question or if you just need a script refill. In my opinion she goes over and above all the time, I definitely recommend her as your PCP!

I met with Wendee on January 3, 2024 after experiencing a virulent intestinal infection which I had attributed to a flare of my Crohn's disease. She reassured me that it was in fact an intestinal bug that has been rampant in the population. Wendee always listens carefully to my concerns, offers suggestions, and is very empathetic and understanding whenever I meet with her. She reviews appointments I have had since our last appointment as well as reminding me of upcoming ones. We have a wonderful relationship and I feel as if I can contact her anytime I have a health related problem.

Dr Carolan is very attentive to my issues either in person or through text msgs. I saw him on 1/8/24 for 3 different issues and they were all addressed immediately. He ran EKG and had me get x-rays on two other issues. He also prescribed meds to help with current problems.

I love Wendee Amero, when my primary care doctor was leaving Southern New Hampshire, I had to find a new women doctor, Wendee was taking new patient at the Windhan office at 49 NH-111A #110, Windham, NH 03087, Wendee is so kind and caring, she got me through a tough time last year 2023, when my dad pasted away in early February, it felt like my world came to an end, having loose both parents within 3 yrs was a killer for me, Wendee help me find counseling, I seem to be in Wendee's office 1 a week crying my eyes out, feeling so lost, she always lifted my spirts, and told me what a great daughter I was to my dad, I did everything I could to make his last days my dad spent with me so happy, and after seeing Wendee today 1/3/24 for an appointment, I told her you were right, am in a much better place as of today, and yes I did everything a daughter could of done for a father, I am not in counseling anymore or thanking antidepressants to help cope with the loss, I never thought I would be back to my happy self, if it wasn't for Wendee's help, I still be under a rock, not wanting to ever come out, today when I think about my parents, I smile knowing that they are together once again, and they are watching over me, they are my angels from above. Thank you Wendee for everything.

I arrived on time for my yearly physical. I was promptly checked in. After a few minutes, the medical staff had taken my vitals, reviewed my history, and did a couple of tests. After that Dr. Mellish came in and reviewed my medical history and latest results. He updated my family history and discussed future challenges based on my health and family history. Dr Mellish took the time to discuss my current life situation and we discussed everyday stresses in my life. Dr. Mellish took the time to listen and discuss my situation.
