Bio

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Plymouth State University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained valuable experience as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings, caring for patients across a wide range of ages and healthcare needs, including surgical and pediatric populations. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys crafting, attending barre classes, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. She loves staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of the little moments with the people closest to her. Hannah’s connection to SNHIMA began during her graduate training, when she completed two clinical rotations with the practice. Those experiences gave her the opportunity to learn from SNHIMA’s providers, become familiar with the practice approach to patient care, and develop a strong appreciation for the team and its commitment to its patients. She is especially excited to return to SNHIMA in her new role as a provider and looks forward to caring for the community alongside the practice providers and staff.
